Terms of use

This Terms & Conditions Contract is governed, for what is not expressly provided for by the following general conditions, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of 09/06/2005, containing the consumer protection rules on distance contracts.

Supplier Identity

The supplier company of the products to be purchased is GBR srl, the headquarters for the submission of any complaints is located in Via della Fonderia 132, 00042 Anzio (RM).

Essential features of the products

All the characteristics and specifications of the products ordered, including the sale price, are shown online and visible when completing the order before concluding the contract, pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1, of the Codice del Consumo (Consumer Code). All sales prices are including VAT (to purchase with any reduced VAT, write to m.proietti@luci-ombre.it or call +39 06 9872787).

BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE ORDER, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE INFORMATION AND CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT YOU INTEND TO PURCHASE.

Term and validity of the offer

The conditions of the offer of each product are reported and visible online during the order procedure, before concluding the Contract. The company reserves the right to update the conditions of the offer at any time and without notice, with the exception of products already ordered before the update. All the offers cannot be combined (discounted products cannot have any additional discounts).

Product availability and order completion

The order sent by the consumer will be considered finalized and binding for GBR srl, when, following the transmission of the order itself, GBR srl has sent you a notification of receipt via e-mail. The order completed online is carried out by the supplier company unless the products object of the purchase partially or totally unavailable. In the event of unavailability (even temporary) of one or more products, ascertained after the conclusion of the purchase contract, GBR srl will inform the consumer via e-mail of the unavailable products, summarizing the details of the order (products and quantities available) and the consequent update of the amount to be paid. In case of the unavailability of all the requested products, GBR srl will inform the consumer via e-mail of the order cancellation and will proceed with the reimbursement.

Terms of payment

When completing the online order, you will be asked to choose among the following payment methods for the order through the Stripe provider: Carta di Credito: A.E. Amex, Visa, Master Card, Eurocard, Cartamoneta, Cartamaestro, Cartasi

Methods of transport and delivery

All online orders are transported and delivered by courier, regardless of the payment methods. Delivery times: 3 weeks from order.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs for Italy are under the liability of GBR srl. For other States, the shipping costs vary according to the State in which the shipment of the goods is requested, the weight and size, and depending on the method of shipment.

Withdrawal rights

Pursuant to article 59, paragraph 1, letter c) of the Codice del Consumo (Consumer Code) the return is not available as the Droplet Three Pendant and the Table Lamp are custom products available only on request.

General conditions of purchase

The general conditions of purchase indicated in the previous points are published and always visible on the website and in any case during the order procedure, before concluding the Contract. GBR srl reserves the right to modify the content at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and without prior notice. You will also receive written confirmation of the general purchase conditions listed above on paper, upon delivery of the purchased goods to the place indicated by the consumer.
For what is not expressly indicated for in the previous points, the purchase Contract regarding our products follows the general rules contained in Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005.
